His favourite holiday was heli-hiking in the Canadian Rockies. Bear watching at Knight Inlet is a fabulous location in a fjord like setting in British Columbia. The Rocky Mountaineer is also high on the list, Peter says it's one of the worlds great train journeys amongst some of Canada's best scenery.

On the eastern side Toronto, Niagara and Montreal are all firm favourites with Quebec City and it's old town, history and restaurants a new discovery.
